Shed Removal FAQ
The useful answer usually depends on structure, access, and what is under the floor.

How much does shed removal cost?
Pricing depends on size, material, roof, condition, base, contents, access, carry distance, and disposal needs. An estimate is provided before accepted work begins.
Can a shed be removed without damaging the yard?
The route is planned to reduce unnecessary traffic, but soft ground, slopes, narrow gates, and landscaping affect what is practical. Share those conditions before arrival.
Do you remove wood and metal sheds?
Yes. The approved service set includes wood shed demolition and metal shed removal. The method changes with framing, corrosion, fasteners, and anchors.
What is not automatically included?
Utility disconnection, hazardous materials, suspected asbestos, contaminated soil, major concrete work, and unapproved contents are not assumed.
Can you haul debris after I take the shed down?
Yes, ordinary dismantled shed material can be assessed for debris removal. Keep hazardous items separate and do not create an unstable pile.
Do I need a permit?
Requirements depend on the property and scope. The property owner should confirm applicable rules with the responsible city or county before work.
What hours can I call?
Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Ready to clear the old shed?
Call with the shed size, material, condition, and access details. We’ll arrange the next step from there.
